    This is exactly why just moving to a supposedly gun friendly state isn’t enough. This crap must be fought in EVERY state, all of the time.

    An interesting thing regarding these 'three' is they all voted "present but not voting" on the legislation that funded SROs for all schools, and money to harden them.
    I don't think any of them introduced any bills to affect guns until they had been reinducted to the Tennessee House, and conservative talk-radio commented on how they had done nothing through the legislative process...only promoted themselves. You can see this on the consecutive numbers on all of the bills cited. Also, these were all introduced with about a week remaining in the session, with no ability for them to go through the committee process.

    Lee didn't get his red flag law, so he will call for a special session. Rep. Pearson, one of the "Tennessee three" who broke decorum on the floor has pre-filed 14 2A related bills.

    Wow, that's like "catch up to Maryland" with a $300k liability insurance chaser.

    HB1587: Firearms and Ammunition - As introduced, prohibits the manufacture of semi-automatic rifles in this state; specifies that a violation of this prohibition is a Class A misdemeanor.
    Beretta: "I thought we got the hell away from this crap."

    Looks like Tennessee is off my move-to list. I thought they were still sane, there.

    So if you take any of these SSRI's you can't purchase a firearm until 6 months after the last dose? and you are in a stat registry listing the medications you are taking. Sounds like some BS!
    (1) Citalopram;
    (2) Fluvoxamine;
    (3) Paroxetine;
    (4) Fluoxetine;
    (5) Sertraline;
    (6) Venlafaxine;
    (7) Mirtazapine;
    (8) Nefazodone;
    (9) Bupropion; and
    (10) Escitalopram

    Please tell me this is a joke.

    This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. So the people that NEED these drugs for depression or anxiety now may not get them because they don't want to lose their 2A rights? What's more dangerous, people with depression/anxiety with guns that are TREATED or UNTREATED?

    What a ridiculous concept. Yeah, let's create a database of these people. F*** you.
