Out of everything pictured I would jump on the Mod.41. I went to the trouble of a HQL to buy one and its become my favorite pistol.

I held out until I found one that was C&R. 99% condition, made in 1959.

I hate the idea of an HQL.

There is a guy selling a pair of barrels on Gun Broker, a 5" and A 7-3/8".
I think the guy might be on crack, since he wants $1,400 for the pair.
You could buy another gun for less.

I have never seen that style sight rail on a 1911 until I saw that pic, then I saw another one on a Colt 1911 at the Tackle Box last week. Cool to see one close up.

I just had a look at that one the other day too. I liked the stippling on the front strap. Looked pretty clean.
