I for one know how not to drive through DC. Others should learn as well. But point taken. I was only speaking of the airport itself not being an issue. Your reply does help clarify for others though for sure.

I imagine you'd have to be pulled over "in" DC. Not just over the line under the assumption you had just been inside DC.
