It's been a few years since I fired my GP-100. Picked it up today and something inside the grip is rattling. Considering it hasn't been shot in quite a while I have no idea how that happened nor what it could be without opening it up. Anyone recommend a reliable gunsmith to diagnose and repair?

Take the grip off yourself first and make sure it isn't that little pin that is used to hold the spring compressed for disassembly. It is supposed to be stored in a little slot under one of the panels when not in use. I wouldn't be surprised if it could have worked it's way through the rubber

Winner. Fell out as soon as I opened the grip. Thank you both. I do love that tank of a gun.
