There is supposed to be public testimony. No way to guarantee everyone that wants to speak will be able to speak.

So plan on sitting on your hands, but you may be able to testify.

Also, the regs can be changed between now and then so don't write it yet.

The next COMAR posting in the MD Register is the friday before (Sep 20)

So bank on not only changes, but additional regulations to pore over.

I'd love to go. But I'll be in Dallas Wed, Thur, and Fri on business the week before, and Monday will be my first day back to work. So I'll have a lot of catching up to do.

Just me for now. Not planning to testify, I'm really bad at that sort of thing. But I'll be there to contribute to the numbers, as another pair of eyes staring at them as it was so aptly put.
