There is supposed to be public testimony. No way to guarantee everyone that wants to speak will be able to speak.

So plan on sitting on your hands, but you may be able to testify.

Also, the regs can be changed between now and then so don't write it yet.

I plan on being there when the building opens so I can get a single digit number like last time. I would write up my testimony just to be ready.

Whether we all get to speak or not is secondary. We need to show up in force like last time, in the thousands. We need enough people to lock down the building again. We need like-minded media sources to be notified ahead of time to get it on film.
