MSP is backlogged 12 days to almost 3 weeks since the holidays, elections and the CT shooting. Legally you can tranfer on the 8th day but you'll haveot meet again to sign paperwork when it arrives to the seller. if you don't mind meeting a 2nd time, sign the paperwork and then send it to Pikesville

I have a related question and didn't want to start a new thread. Does the Pikesville MSP barracks do transfers? I wasn't sure if it's simply the headquarters or if it's also an active barracks.

    Thanks
