    Not so
Lots of misinformation here.. niftyvt is right!
Come October 1, you cannot assemble, buy, sell or trade any magazine with more than a 10rd capacity in MD.
You can go to VA or any other state and buy any mags you want. Possession or use is not, repeat not, banned.

    Reverse Psychology at it's Best!!!
That's the beginning to the end.

I love how NBC4 nightly news a couple nights ago said that the bill said you could not put more than 10 "bullets" into any "clip" come October 1. The misinformation continues....

From what I have read, before O-BAMA ran for president. Different media where advised to support him.
Fox was one of media channels that did not comply.
    Do the math.

You can still order high capacity mag/drum on-line when you find what you want and the price you're willing to pay... the key it to have them delivered to a relative/friend in a different state - then go visit them and legally bring the mag home to MD when you return. :lol:That way, you aren't limited to what's in the store when you do go to VA or wherever...

So if I show up at Elk Neck with my 75 round AK drum I might get some looks but I can still use it?

    You'll be fine.

Just make sure you take some small pumpkins with you to shoot at. Oh, and don't forget to muzzle sweep someone while you're there. Do those two things and you'll fit right in.

Sorry for the Elk Neck rehash. I just couldn't resist.

Is handing your legally owned magazine to someone to use at the range considered a transfer? What if they never handed it back to you by mistake?
