Not a bad setup. I have a scoutscope model at scotts on sale thats similar and sits lower. cant go wrong with either unit.

I recommend the ultimak mount, it replaces the gas tube and is very sturdy.

TWS has a bad ass front handguard in development that will have an upper rail that sits low, vented for suppressor use and had threading to accept rails on the 3/6/9 positions as well. I think it will be pricey though.
