Ruger takedown problem

I bought this here a few years ago.

Finally took it to the range. It won't feed.

I brought it by once, but just want this kinda simple weapon to feed and shoot.

EDIT: called MSP concerning the RUGER MK 4...seems they saw fit to add the HUNTER model to the List tomorrow DEC 14.

BUT THE TARGET MODEL IS NOT INCLUDED.....MSP SAID " TARGET? MAYBE SOMETIME IN 2017".......

They got to be twisted at MSP....
