    Chuck County
Chuck county has for as long as i can remember been very suppressive to its citizens.
Is this a case of urban sprawl? I've seen that happen a lot in MD too.

This is most definately a case of urban sprawl. A few neighbors have complained about his place enough that the county decided to "find" zoning problems with the operation. The complaintants (sp?) have latched onto the dangers of people speeding down a dirt road to pick up or drop off their deer as their main complaint.

We think the board of appeals is going to grant Rick the variances necessary but it would be good to support him so the board of appeals knows what an impact in the community his business makes.

    What time?

I believe it's 7:00 at the government building (where the commissioners are located).

You can see the agenda here: https://www.charlescountymd.gov/commissioners/boards/minutes_agendas/february-12-2013

And read about the case here: http://www.charlescountymd.gov/sites/default/files/board%20documents/pgm/BOA/sr_1299.pdf
