    It looks like a JP Sauer maybe?
    What's weird is the OP gun looks like 2 rifle barrels over a shotgun barrel which is bass-ackwards from how these are usually laid out.

    Take a gander at other examples....mamma mia...

    Strikes me as being made for African-scale big game. Those two rifle barrels are seriously large. Also double rifle screams "Bwana!"

    That is a Fuckert Troppau Drilling. Yes that is really the name and the big problem with them is finding any real information on them. If you are wondering how I know, I have spent 2 years off and on researching them because I have one on consignment that I haven't been able to price.

    If you remove the handguard the barrels should be marked with the caliber of each barrel. They will also be marked with a makers name. This isn't necessarily the gun makers name but the barrel makers name. The one I have in hand is marked 16ga/16ga/7X57R and Bohler*Stahl.
