    :smack: Now that you've been appropriately chided, please repair to the introduction forum so you have a fighting chance at getting this relationship off on the right foot-- penance is easy.
     
    I saw the part about broken glasses, so I will give the OP a pass...
    Coming from TN, they must go thru an FFL.
    The handguns will need to go thru a Maryland FFL.
    You can legally carry a pistol not in your name.
    If there was a will and you or your dad were named as recipients of the guns it gets a lot easier- no transfer of long guns required. If the estate's executor issues them to you it won't be difficult.
    Simply acquiring your deceased, out of state, uncle's guns with no paper trail is illegal- handguns are illegaler.
