Might just be coincidence, but it looks like embedded pics are still huge and grainy, whereas pictures uploaded and attached to a post come in just fine.

EDIT: This issue appears to have been resolved since the time I posted.

The site either works or doesn't for me this morning. Pages keep failing to load (timeouts), then if I wait, they'll load just fine. For me it's all or nothing with a lot of nothing.

In fact this is the second time I submitted this reply. The first timed out.

The problem seems to be gone for me. I just realized I'm not having any problems.

...Servers can use IP addressed based virtual hosts, but each site would need a unique IP address and that's not practical on a shared server with hundreds of other sites.

We have a server at work with 700 IPs on it, one per site. We did have to dig through the Solaris manual and find the parm for maximum virtual IPs per physical interface and increase it.

Also, my username won't stay logged in. When I return to the site some minutes later, the login box shows (and yes I clicked the remember me box.)

How many people are getting this yellow banner at the top of your MDS web pages?

You are using an outdated browser. Please upgrade your browser to improve your experience.

yellow banner fixed, trying to figure out why that happened. I have a feeling it was already a part of the responsive design template used before customization, but I'm making sure just in case.

    Store button missing?

I don't seem to have a button in the headers to link to the MDS store any more. Whazzup?
    Thanks!
