So, looking around I find that RCBS 5.56 AR reloading dies (P/N 11107) are in short supply.
RCBS is out of stock and ebay doesn't seem to have any either.

Basically the only thing difference between the "AR series" and the standard 5.56 set of dies (P/N 11101) is a special 7 degree crimp for AR auto loading.

    - Is the standard set of dies (P/N 11101) still safe and adequate for reloading AR cartridges?
    - Is there another brand of die that is compatible with the Rockchucker that is specialized for AR cartridges?
Same as what the clown said. Since I have been reloading them longer, (since 1975) I'm sure I have gone through even more rounds with no issues using the basic .223 die. That said, I always crimped as a separate operation, at one time using the Redding taper crimp die and now with a Lee FCD. My crimp is basically just returning the neck to .253.

I use SB dies for relevant auto-loaders, always. Everyone and their dog tells me they're not required, yet somehow I wind up with cartridges which chamber way easier every time I use SB dies.

I have been moving away from RBCS dies to Dillon, Mighty Armory, FW Arms, Redding, and Forster. I don't think there's anything WRONG with the basic RCBS dies, but I notice the difference in a number of ways with the more premium options. I guess I'd encourage the OP to look at their options.

If you really want to see what’s going on with your resizing but a rcbs precision mic. That will keep you from sizing too much or not enough. Highly recommend.

Btw, I don’t crimp rifle cartridges

Have used RCBS standard 223 die set(s) for decades never any issues.Mini-14, AR's, HK93, AUG. Have CH Tool and Die TiN coated dies, Mighty Armory Sizers. Crimping is done via CH Tool taper crimp die. If needed to put a Cannelure on a bullet CH Tool is what I use mainly when using 22LR cases to make bullets.
Have a set of SB dies think I used them once.
The setup here is Mighty Armory (MA) decapper, MA sizer, MA Expander (if needed) RCBS Comp seater, CH taper crimp...but I do use the LEE APP to decap more so now..
Taper crimp if needed 223, 308, 30.06 for the semi rifles only.
There's nothing wrong with RCBS dies, just moved mainly to Mighty Amory, for what I reload. 223, 9mm, 45acp, 308.
    Then Redding some Whidden. YMMV

Used to kid Wayne (MA) about making a set for the 338LM...
