On a sunny Sunday I fired 100 rounds with my CX4 at 50 yards. I had to change targets since it had too many hits. This morning a foggy Wednesday I tried 50 rounds at 100 yards. All shots were fired with my 9MM reloads using the plastic sights furnished. It is a fun carbine to fire with little recoil. All mags functioned with no feeding problems

Distance to targets were marked with appropriate monetary note.:lol2::lol2::lol2:
Wow! Nice shooting. Glad you are enjoying it.

If you zoom in on this one ^^ you can barely make out the targets.

My C&R rang pic post for the week Picked up Sat at HOCO show Cleaned up Sunday then took to range early this morning.
    Picks of paper are :
    First 5 rounds from bags
    First 10 rounds from bags
    Above plus 5 offhand
    All 50 yards

As said many times not much recoil to this rifle. The trigger is awesome. I measured it as a 3 lb first stage +3lb crisp 2nd stage. Action is very smooth and I only oiled it lightly. I could not locate my clear grease. I think this rifle is more accurate than my shooting today. I did forget to use my diopter tape on my shooting glasses. I can easily see why these were sought after for hunting decades ago.

Here's my 1902 Carl Gustaf at the AGC last October. First time I'd had it out in several years. My eyes have gotten so bad I could barely make out that little notch.

Now that I have more rifles packed into the safe, I have most all in gun socks. I have been priding myself on being able to identify them by just either feeling the front sight or looking at them. I took the Mosin Sniper then started to grab the 1903a3 then changed my mind and went to grab the 1944 Garand. Oops , I took the K31 by accident so all the 30-06 reloads on enblocs did not get used today. The Mosin I mostly shot from prone with no bag A few shots to verify zero then to the mat.
