The question is does the bull barrel fall under the same laws as a H-bar? What I mean is you can purchase a H-bar Ar over the counter, is it the same for a Bull Barrel Ar?
Thanks
Thanks
Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the key that the barrel is marked "H-BAR"?

You know that bull barrel will make you AR a whole lot less dangerous. Why else would our fearless lawmakers make it cash and carry?
I personaly havent see barrel with that marking. Most dealer will know by looking at the barrel profile.
To be perfectly Honest, No it does not hurt: The only KEY is the selling FFL, the law is open for interpretation of whatever constitutes a copy of a Colt H-Bar. Some will say YES and some will say NO.
So if I buy a Bull barrel and put it on my registered lower, then I can sell it without transfer? I'm so confused, it can't be that easy
I would NOT do that. IMHO if you bought the lower as a regulated weapon you should sell it as regulated no matter what upper is on it now.
