Sorry for the bump. I'm trying to get something approved. How many objections does it take to have an approved petition denied or vetoed?

My request was approved and they said I need to wait a month until January 28 for any objections.
Just a guess ... But I would bet that no amount of votes matters ... It's probably just a ploy to make the Lemming think they have a voice or a chance !

Looking at the past couple of meeting minutes for the Maryland handgun roster board, every proposed addition to the roster showed - Board Member Bajefsky was the dissenting vote due to safety issue.

If you are on the board to look at the submissions and determine their "eligibility" based on Maryland's criteria, how can you possibly reject every submission due to a safety issue?

We handed in more than 3 times the number of signatures to get the bill added as a referendum and it failed anyway. After going door to door for days and sitting in the rain and cold on multiple occasions trying to get signatures the loss at the voting booth has never left me. It's the main reason why I believe that regardless of how much you protest, how many phone calls or letters you write the gun grabbers will always get their way in this and other blue states.
    Lesson: Money talks.

Maryland has the best Legislature that money can buy.

He probably believes ALL firearms - and Nerf guns- are unsafe.
