honestlly, i feel that we should have as much freedom with everything as we can.......BUT!, we also and more importantly need to keep those that would take advantage in check.
[read]not everyone can be trusted.
like how i wouldnt buy a short barrel upper without a reg pistol lower for fear of being accused with intent to build. i know people that buy and sell for the sake of making a profit and i think it is in that grey area. that grey area, is somewhere i do not go. some people play on that grey area and sometimes that ends up not only giving the rest of us a bad name but sometimes actually really screwing us over.
how mad would you be if because of people in that grey area, gave law makers reason to force us to document and alert LEO of EVERY SINGLE sale even BP and long gun. what if we were limited to one non FFL sale per quater?.....
i totally agree with this, but if someone where buying guns soley for the point of resale ASAP for a profit and say they "move" three guns a month for no reason but to make money. that to me is a business under the radar. im just saying if it were cars or pokemon cards i'd feel the same way.

Yes, no FFL should be required...
First, it's called freedom.
Second, it's the person's property, who should be free to do with it as he/she pleases.
