Pistol Brace Rule - Nation Wide Injunction?

SBRs NFA should have been removed scrapped from existence the NFA the same time pistols were before it saw the light of day.

So just trying to get some clarity here. Have read the decision and multiple threads, but does this cover stocks on SBRs or just braces? Meaning am I able add a stock to my Sig Spear 11.5" now under this rule or do I still need to file for a tax stamp?

I am in the same boat as Terps2003 regarding my Sig Spear so I hope someone will have an answer to our question. I'm not a lawyer so plain English please! Thanks for your help.
