    Just got back from Annapolis. Sorry I could not stay longer. What I saw was deplorable. Delegates on facebook, at least 2 ordering from the internet, texting, talking on the phone, one lady even had a word search book out. What else I saw, that disturbed me greatly, were delegates voting for other delegates that were not there!? How can someone push the button for someone else? Is that allowed? If it is it shouldn’t be.

    No passing ex post facto laws! PBJ in past, so u cant reach back in time and add more penalties!
