New to the Forum

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum, so I'm still determining what to post here, but here goes. I was born and raised in Maryland, but I split my time between my home in Pasadena and my girlfriend's place in DC. I have my HQL and am also interested in getting my CCW permit, so I'm open to advice on going through the process. I've got a relatively small collection, an old inherited Remington Sportsman 12 gauge, a Kimber Pro-Carry2 1911, and I can proudly (with some help) say I've assembled my 1st AR pistol. So, I look forward to chatting with all of you.
