There must be a reason they don’t, but I’d love to know what it is. Seems like a no brainer for them.

Polymer receivers, mostly proprietary parts with some AR compatible, straight blowback, nope.

At this point there are so many AR based blowback PCCs, takes something special (like delayed blowback) to avoid getting lost in the crowd.

Reminds me of the Nordic modular lower. Throw the Maxim Defense RDB in, probably be pretty usable.

Nice, thank you for the response. I am brand new to PCC’s. I did just order an fx9 8” pistol and I’m thinking this would be a nice complement to go with it

The East Coast S&W sales rep met with my training group this past week. Got to check out this and more (dude travels with a FULL truck!). Pretty neat. Not my personal cup of tea, but looked well executed. He also had their folding PCC (the one designed to compete/be better than the KelTec), which was also pretty cool if you like that sort of thing.

I looked at those top kits several times, almost bought one for a Glock 22. Every time I read an objective review they were less than positive.

Is there a level above crap? I've got a couple direct blowbacks that run great, are soft shooting, and reliable.

Not really crap but they tend to move more than delayed blowback guns. This is because the bolt is usually heavier.

Some advertise a buffer system that takes some of the recoil out but none that I have shot is as smooth as a delayed blowback system.

Glock mags are like buying into a camera lens system. Camera bodies come and go, buy typically the lenses stay.
There are so many firearms that take glock mags, it's crazy.
