I did that (a charter fishing trip) for my dad's 85th birthday a few years ago and had a great time. We went out of Deale - but the Capt has since passed away so a referral won't help. Not sure how active your dad is but the guys that took us went out of their way to make sure that dad didn't over exert himself and even had a portable fishing chair with a gimbal that he could use. You might want to ask about something like that when calling to make a reservation for whomever you go with.
