I went to the gun show (here in CO), and picked up these two little fellas.

If she wasn't in MD right now, she'd probably use one to buttstroke my face.
But, she's not here. So don't anyone tell her, OK?

And since I'm new to the C&R world, I've posted another thread to help me identify the Italian.

Eh thats a relatively cheap follow home, you wont get killed, maybe take a good yacking but not killed.

My wife is still mad about the tactical light and case of .22 ammo that showed up yesterday. (Beer and a cabelas catalog and a 20% off coupon is not good).

For clarification, What you paid for the carcano, I would have picked it up too to be honest. They shoot really nice, esp since they dont have the kick of a mosin. Kinda plesant actually. Ammo is not cheap though. M44 is a nice piece.

Dude.......you won them in the "gun show raffle" :D:innocent0

There's no way she'd believe that, she won her XD in a drawing. I'm not that lucky.

I just got off of skype with her and the kids. She sure ain't happy, she said she was gonna get on my gun forum thingy and post "free guns" and give them all away. I reasoned, saying they were for collecting, and asked if I didn't keep them in the house, would she shut up about it. Nope. She is pretty well set on it today, but maybe she'll get over it sooner since she's pregnant.

    Meh. She'll get over it.

I, narcolepticsniper, of sound mind and body, hereby bequeath my M1891 Carcano to yellowsled, and my M44 to Inigoes, if my life should end by my wife's hand.

    Can we get this notarized?
