Crazy people killing children don't care what zip code they live in.

For the most part, yes. Thing is, you tend to find more "crazy" people in the poorer areas. Sometimes, they are just too overwhelmed with life and 4 kids ends up breaking them.

I'd been hunting in Germantown just north of 118 from the early 90's to about the late 90's. Cornfields turned into single family homes and townhouses.

Lived there from mid 2004 to early 2011 just across the street from Target at the Milestone shopping center. We still go to the dentist over there and I still have clients over there. Can't say I miss the area one bit. Apartments and condos tend to kill a neighborhood. Think I have come to the conclusion that it is best to live where there is no sewer and water, but I also tend to like open areas and peace and quiet.

End of the day, this story SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
