Can we circulate a hard copy list of these yahoos at the next Boogaloo meeting?

The list can be encoded if needed

I had the opportunity to meet one of the instructors who has been dinged for improper W & C instruction. Really gung-ho and outgoing. I declined to introduce myself.

Heard another instructor from Maryland stand up and say that duty to retreat in Maryland required you to either jump out of windows or proceed to a higher floor unless you were on the third floor.

****OMG, that's crazy! There are underground parking garages with more than three levels, so I'd be tired running up all of those stairs to get to the third floor above ground!

You just need to get in shape. Carrying is a big responsibility. The 16 hour requirement allows for one hour of instruction, one hour of qualification, and 14 hours running up stairs.

Just remember the "Third Floor Rule": the Duty To Retreat does not apply if you're on the third floor.

(This is a potential legal pitfall for visiting Englishmen.)

    Round is a shape!

Remember the natural laws. If one has to retreat, down is always an option
