Straight from dnr today via email:
A hunter may harvest one antlered deer per weapon season. One additional bonus deer may be taken per year in Region B. To do so a hunter must obtain a bonus antlered deer stamp and harvest two antlerless deer in Region B. A hunter potentially could harvest a total of 4 antlered deer in Region B – one per weapon season and one bonus antlered deer.
