What if the only OEM Mag available for your legally purchased firearm is standard size ?

What if it violates your religious freedoms ?

“Large-capacity magazines can cause mass casualties within a matter of seconds and must be restricted to ensure the safety of our communities,” said Attorney General Brown. “Those restrictions are constitutionally sound and should be upheld to combat rising and more extreme gun violence.”
Tactical training can teach you to make mag changes very quickly, so training needs to be restricted to ensure safety of our community. Oops... did he just provide us with the rationale to eliminate the BS training requirement...?

By the way, if nobody can carry in public places and use their legally obtained gun to defend themselves, even constant slow dry reloads can allow for mass casualties, because there is no fear of armed intervention until the cops arrive 7-9 minutes later...

    Wait 3 months,,,,,
The Dems now have a super majority and a "Uncle Tom" governor all too willing to do Soros and Bloomberg's bidding.
Annapolis 1/10/2024 is gonna look like the Boston marithon with leftist rushing to submit their gun banning legislation.
Maryland has been a single party state for a LONG time.

But you assume that the deranged mass shooter has a legally owned gun in a prohibited place and doesn't want to commit a crime...

    Oh, never mind.

yes it has,, 5-8 years ago things were much different politically. Even though the dems had a majority,, they were lead by the old school "good ole boy" club,,, they were running the state and lining their pockets,, but had a smidgin of respect for the Country, State and citizens.

The 3rd world leftists and guilty white commies that now run the state could give a rats ass about Any of that.
They hate the constitution, the country and capitalism in general,, They are here to do the bidding of Moa, Lenin, Marx and Soros. The quicker they can disarm you the better.

What Brown and his fellow cronies conveniently ignore is the fact that the standard capacity mags where the industry norm, but they came along and created the exsistence of limited capacity mags with their nonsensical legislation. Now they try to portray that a 10 round mag was and is an industry standard and that 10+ round mags is some evil exception.

The problem is they are never satisfied. As soon as you convince yourself that you can tolerate the current legislation, they come at you with a new round. Figure this is forshadowing across the board. For MD, they'll no longer allow you to posses. For the other places that are currently OK, they'll be coming for them soon. And they'll do it all in the name of safety completely ignoring the demographics of who is doing what and where the real problems lie.

This is the well defined philosophy of the left that "there is only the struggle." As you noted the left is relentless. The identify and issue, beat the right over the head about it while never getting it solved. Then when the furor subsides they pick another issue and the process repeats itself. As you have seen the issues are recycled over time.

It's common knowledge among those with an IQ above that of mollusk that the "10 round capacity good" myth was pulled from the Anti Gun Industry's azz several years ago. It could just have been five or 15. The next demonstrated step is to outlaw detachable magazines altogether. They've been trying that for over a year.
