Magazine question

I've been looking at buying a 30 round magazine for my glock and I know that marylands limit is 20. Could I have the magazine shipped to my girlfriends house in Delaware and then bring it into maryland?And does she need to be 21 to receive it? Sorry if this has been asked already.

Yes cause as of now MD law only says that you cannot purchase one in the state it says nothing about owning/having them in the state.

No. She also would not legally be able to bring them to you. The transfer needs to happen outside of Maryland.

Yes, I've done that before. Some website may not allow it, but it's not illegal.
