Here it is! I introduce Thunder C*ck.....

We didn't pick the name, it is the name of the Hydro Dip Film made by Kansas Hydro Graphics.

The idea of using this film was that it would really get noticed in the shop and we truly wanted to show off the incredible work of our friend Keith at Keith's Gunworks in Newburg, MD.

Anyone interested in having work like this done should contact Keith's Gunworks, 10155 Weedon Rd, Newburg, MD 20664, (301) 932-3832.

He does a full range of gunsmithing and is our go to when we or our customers need work done.

does the hydrodip have a clear coat on top? Ive seen a waterfowl gun go from scratched up patterns to a sticky worn out mess after a dip and some time in the field. Was always curious if he just didnt get a clear coat or if hydrodip isnt intended for frequent handling and use.

Yes a coat of Satin Clear DuraCoat was applied over the Hydrographic film.

im guessing its solvent use. Someone used the wrong product and turned the hydro dip gummy.
