Looking for Bladesmith w/ Katana skills

Thanks to some use and abuse my mekugi (hilt pin) has come loose and the blade needs professional sharpening.

Is there a specialized bladesmith that can do this work or are all bladesmiths qualified to perform this fix?

I'm in Frederick and willing to travel up to 100 miles in either direction

try jj simon. he also owns explosive tattoo in salisbury MD. big into the traditional oriental blades and making them. maybe he can help. he is out of the shop tuesday and thursday
