Looking for a reputable Smith on the upper shore

My brother has a Smith & Wesson model 60 that he believes may have a broken firing pin. The hammer will drop both SA and DA but the gun won't fire. It also needs to be reblued. I'm looking for recommendations on a reputable gunsmith. Upper shore preferred. Queen Anne's, Kent Caroline or Talbot counties preferred. Anne Arundel county would work as well.
