    ^ I likey ^

    Thank you.

It doesn't have the visual appeal of your 597 in that wood stock, but it'll do just fine for what I'm using it for.

*May search for another optic, for once, I actually have too MUCH eye relief with this current setup.

Sweet, it cycles subsonics. Even Remington Subsonic.

Now I wish I had more variety in stock.

Brimstone gunsmithing did their "basic" work to my wife's 10/22 trigger assy. It' much nicer than stock about $40

Brad if you run the top of your strap so the tail is on the outside and flip the friction clasp so the flat portion faces the stock it's easier to adjust while slung up. If youre going todo an applesee it might be helpful. It's not "correct" but it woks for me I run all my GI slings that way.

    Learned something new.

May try that, being a lefty (and new to using a sling), that may work to my advantage.

    Calvert
    Brad
What part of Calvert are you in?
I have a few of the targets they use for the Appleseed shoot and I can show you how to set up your sling if you want. I did the shoot in marriotsville 2 weeks ago. It's a great class and a super good deal for the level of instruction that you receive.

Good to see you getting into the "peewee" leagues Brad :)

Can't wait to hear what you settle on with the trigger...

Is a sling required for Appleseed??? Am taking the September session with my daughter at AGC and don't have slings on either 10/22...
