Greetings! No dumb questions. Maryland anti-gun, anti-liberty law is designed specifically to be inscrutable to the average person. It's designed to make you doubt yourself and fear the consequences of any tiny potential mis-step.. such much so that you abandon the notion of liberty generally, and gun ownership specifically. So, ask away! It takes years to internalize any sort of confidence about one's grip on the topic in this state.
