Oh it is.... It always is. I have a tough ride up 83 and then on 695 which is only slightly better then parking at that time.

It's not too bad coming up 895, 95 and then around the outer loop. Try, if you can't get over to 895, to come up Hillen to Perring Pkwy and catch the beltway on the outer loop.

From the Point, up Washington, St. Lo Dr. Harford Rd., Hillen, Perring, 695.
