These days, legislators are voting for bills that THEY want, not what the populace desires. We have no say as the citizenry. Our elected representatives in Congress are supposed to represent the people back home that elected them.
The polls are our only tool, but many stay away.

Yeah, but are you so confident they would fail in a plebiscite? I am not. Furthermore, look where California's ballot initiatives have gotten them.

Our inalienable right to self defense antedates the Constitution. Why should we subordinate it to the whims of the horde?

Nobody has the moral right to deny me the ability to defend myself and my family. That Maryland law presently infringes that right is an abuse of power by the state. :mad54::mad54::mad54: I would not willingly subject that abused right to any kind of a vote.:tdown::tdown:

Better to try to do a recall vote on Frosh.

I strongly suspect a ballot question would set the cause back 20 years.

You get the government you deserve. Far too many Marylanders look no further than the (D) suffix on the name. :rant2:

One has to remember that the brain trust of PG County, Baltimore City, & Monkey County determine were this state goes in every election. I am not willing to relinquish my 2nd Amendment rights to those people.
