I have wrecked enough leather belts from summer sweat to not even consider leather for IWB...for me, anyway

The other problem is reholstering in some leather holsters, it cant be done one handed. Most of em are "floppy" and some get worse with age.

You want the ability to reholster one handed and with out looking, and a non reinforced leather holster can make that very hard.
Why do you want the ability to reholster 1 handed?

Assuming you're reholstering, the action is over. You can look down, lift your garment up and then reholster.
    There is no rush.
You don't get a holster for the sole purpose of a 1 hand reholster.

The king Tuk is a great, thin holster. The problem is the plastic clip. I'll post a pic later.
You can comfy up an IWB with some cloth tape and shipping envelope.
    I do it often.

The issue with IWB leather is that it's thicker and not as comfy. That is more for your belt to hold in.
Your draw is going to be slicker with kydex too.

Leather holsters are like leather shoes, you need at least 2 pair so you can rotate them and they don't wear as fast.
OWB leather is by far the most comfortable carry.

The bottom line is any form of carry is not comfortable and unusual for a body to experience. You're going to just need to deal with some uncomfort.

I prefer leather and always take care when holstering. If IWB, I will usually pull the holster, place the gun inside, and then put the holster back in my waste-band. Don't need any more holes in my butt!
