What Gansler and Foxnews is not telling you: The Maryland State Police had 6 months to create the COMAR for public comment, but only released emergency regulations a couple of days ago.

Dougie is desperate. MD residents have no standing before the law takes effect, which is why the groups that filed waited until last week.

By this logic, women and blacks should not be voting and gays shouldn't be marrying and a whole slew of things shouldn't be happening...I don't quite get how he talks without laughing at how ridiculous he is.

Please let them know that they can't ban AR-15's, they have been legal since 1994 when the Clinton Ban ended. They waited too long to ban them now.

Gansler is a douche and should keep his mouth shut if he wants any semblance of a chance to become the next governor. "Too little, too late"? Really? Who is he to say when someone should challenge a law? If the state were on top of things, they would have had the regulations set and the finger printing, training and licensing ready to roll on Oct. 1st.

Their lack of preparation is another example of our tax dollars being mishandled and squandered. WE are all paying for both sides of the lawsuits by supporting MSI and other organizations and by paying taxes.

I still say the single shot training requirement is our single best chance at getting 281 tossed in the round file.

Too burdensome for many, many, folks.

Why can the state wait to the last minute to publish COMAR but a legal challenge cannot?

this is a huge steaming pile from Dougie

Hopefully you're right. IMHO, there was only one reason for this requirement...to ensure that any safety course can only be taken at a range and not in just any available public place.
