R.I.P
Thanks guys, Im happy with them.
Kbar is camillus, Has later guard so i believe 60's era. Book was just cool.
Point of order! That's not a Kabar...that's what's commonly referred to as the Jet Pilot Survival Knife or Jet Pilot Knife (JPK). I tlooks to be a 5" blade, so definitely 1961 or later....Is it marked on the pommel or the blade? Blade marked would be 1961-1966, while pommel would be 1967 to present. [[edit to add: ok, thinking about it, it's probably not pommel marked cuz those include the year...]]
It looks to be in outstanding shape, so a VERY good deal, indeed!
(Sorry for nerding out...I've been super into military knives for the past year or two...)
I like that picture! Good stuff
Very nice, I like that. One further collection to guns is the collection of original lithographs from the period of the Spanish American War. Didn't mean to steal your thread.
Nice 49/56!
Is that the Trapdoor I saw at A1 last week?
Is that an original scope on the A4?
Polish (Circle 11) M44?
Was off last week and again this week for my normal Vacation . Problem is i tend to have too much free time and then i start to cruise the pawn and gun shops.. Here is a few i picked up since ive been off.
Nice MAS 49/56. 7.5 Frenchy or convert? Got one off a member here a while back haven't had a chance to shoot it.
Thank you, I Got it with a bag of goodies. Its still in 7.5 French
The French always had the goodies, cant imagine hauling all of it in the field. Shoulder protectors, tools, night sights. The trick with these is to get one with the stuff with it, particularly the night sight and scope mount.
