If you want a bargain on a mag, get ahold of this guy on gunbroker. I bought my P64 from him and he has mags with cracked/chipped finger rest floorplates for 10 bucks. I pressed my good mag's floorplate into some modeling clay, put in some JB weld, and stuck the mags with the cracked finger rest in. Then sanded the rough spots and colored the JB weld black. You can't even tell it from my regular mag. I got two and they both work flawlessly.

My advice is to avoid the $110 mosins. I ordered two just before they raised the price, requested hand pick, and they sent me two that were in OK condition but weren't stamped matching. I think they're reaching the bottom of the barrel now.

Poop! I just got a crate in yesterday from AIM. Would have saved a few bucks if SG had this when I ordered (but they didn't).

It's nice to see that they are actually offering lower prices on Mosin McNuggets while there's a mini run on the stuff. AIM's prices were good, too.
