Its as simple as what i said. He's just a regular contractor that does simple low voltage stuff. His g&s is 'i work at the white house sometimes'. His employer sponsored his UNRESTRICTED permit. He never had to go before the board, MSP approved him flat out.

In either situation I will believe it when I see it. We have a member who is secret service civilian with a ts clearance get denied. I don't buy it.
