Their closed hearings are probably another violation of MD law.

I presume they are talking about what they can do and what they can't do. What MSp tells them and what MSp doesn't tell them,, Difference in Comar, the Law and actual practice via SOP.

If they closed the meeting to receive advice from counsel, and they did so lawfully, by law, they must limit all discussion in closed session to that topic and must go back into open session for the remainder of the discussion.
