Hi fellas this week is a hard week for my small bussiness since people lost power, and july 4th is so close i work everyday for apex remodeling a very high ranked company with 5 starts at magic service, but again these week is a tough one

I have a crew 4 including myself, and we do all kind of remodeling
Floors, tile hardwoods lamimate, etc mouldings trims

I also do Painting exterior, interior, repairs of all kinds

What i am offering right now is i will if possible beat any written estimate

We also do pressure washing... Siding, decks, patio, sidewalks etc

well, md law requires the mhic license number in your advertisements. salesmen (any person that tries to sell or solicit work) are also required to have a mhic number too. md contracting 101. if you were a licensed salesperson, or experienced contractor, you would know this very basic stuff. please don't put your employer, or yourself, in a position where he is liable for a 10,000$ fine and 30 days in jail.

by offering to beat a price, you are acting as a salesperson without providing your salesman license.

by posting your employers name, and his love of guns, you have violated his privacy and made him a target for criminals, because the mhic and company name can be used to find an address. If you do this to your employer, how can your/his customers be assured of their privacy being kept safe?
