Howdy from Glen Burnie. Unless I'm mistaken, expungements clear your court history but Md State Popo still retain records of all interactions with law enforcement which are subsequently used on background checks.

Not 100% sure about that though buf thought I heard that somewhere. Best ask about it in the forums.
