I doubt I'll ever get an HQL, but if it were a carry permit as well, my hypocrisy would swell and I'd be down to Pikesville ASAP.

I've been asking that all along.

They clearly do not want to admit the true numbers of applications, which likely have been into 5-figures (if anecdotes matter)

Yes. Submit a Maryland Public Information Act (PIA) request. If denied, appeal or ask your State Delegate or Senator to request the information on your behalf.

The totals don't work, because that spike in the March, 2012 apps are still being dispositioned.

The question is will they attribute the denials (due to Woolard) to the 2012 numbers and essentially bury them in an old set of data or add them to the 2013/2014 numbers to spread them out, skew the numbers and make the numbers look better overall.
