HBAR Upper Recommendations

I currently have a pre-Oct '13 lower with a stock. I read that MSP may now consider the build date and not the date of the lower purchased when deciding if a firearm is legal. With that being said, can anyone recommend any HBAR uppers that would make my rifle "MD legal"?

The upper itself shouldn't matter. The important part is the barrel.

www.del-ton.com sells a complete HBAR upper assembly (DT1023) that I've used. They have Daily Deals that they drop the price to $345 shipped. It's 16" mid-length with bolt carrier and bolt and a fixed A2 front sight.

As previously stated, they have no way of knowing when the upper was pinned on.

I use PSA blemished uppers and lowers. I either duracoat them myself if they actually ARE blemished, or leave them be. Every single one I've bought, uppers and lowers for JUST $50 a piece, have been perfectly fine. I don't know what blemishes they speak of, but they look great lol.
