I registered a few handguns when I moved to Baltimorgue a few months ago. I had limited space in my safe and left a large stack of handguns in Virginia. I now have additional space. Is there a process to "import" a bunch more? If so, please post a link to it so I can start the process.

You have to do it by boat - start in the Chesapeake in Virginia and bring the boat up the bay and into Maryland. Whatever you do, don't have a boating accident because it would be a shame to lose them all.

I'm reading that the OP registered ( a batch) of handguns upon moving in , using the " all at once move in process " for one low price.

What I'm further interpeting is the initial batch was not the complete herd, and he now wants to import more.

As far as I know, the Establish Residency Group Rate is a one time thing, and subsequent import willneed to do individual "Voluntary Registrations " .

You should be able to use the same form for the 2nd batch as you used for the first batch. There is nothing in state law preventing you from bringing them with you in stages, especially based on storage needs.

I know he is now in a certain position, but if the wayback machine were working, could he have "registered" the entire herd in one shot, even if he was bringing some in later?
