I've shot the shit out of numerous 3rd gen G22's with Streamlight M3 and M6 attached and never had an issue - probably 5K rounds combined on them all with the light attached. Shot the 17, 19 or 23 all gen 3 with the same lights and never has issues either, but the round count wasn't up as high.

I have not touched anything post gen 3.

first of all, i am a glock fan and have many glock pistols.

one of my good friends used to be the armorer for the largest department in maryland that issues g22 to its officers.

there were jamming problems with their guns.

glock advised a #5 follower and 11 coil springs as the fix.

still, i will not run a light on my g22. take what you will from that.

Glock frames flex with or without a light. So do 1911 frames, wheelgun frames, M1 Garand stocks, AK-47s, AR-15s, and Remington 870s. Some flex more than others.

I suggest you do a direct comparison, shooting several magazines and alternative between light on the frame and light off. Shoot at least 50 rounds and don't modify your grip. If it is jamming with the light you'll likely know it, as it should never jam without the light.

You don't need to get it gorilla tight on the rail. What you don't want to do is crank it down until the allen-key shears off and then back it out a 1/4 turn. Get it snug and then perhaps another 1/8th turn to lock it in.

Got the light on the 22c and am ready to shoot that badboy. Might shoot it this weekend if I get a chance!! I will let you guys know the feedback. To me if it will cycle a box of 50, the glock should be ready to rock. I personally think it will run smooth as ever!!:D

You don't need to muzzle something to ID it with a WML.

Here's the question. How do you open doors, clear malfunctions, push your daughter out of the way with a handheld light in one hand, a firearm in the other, AND still keep the threat illuminated?

    :D sorry I couldn't resist.
