People should get better at reporting things that need moderation. I moderate a site for medical students. It is pretty tightly controlled. The people there report everything. It makes moderation a breeze.

I have one for my son, but he is too young to use it. I explained to Norton what I wanted to do, before I did it and I have kept my word on not using it. Norton also knows I won't let my son use his account till he is much older. No need for another Makarov Kid incident.

In your case, I think if you notify Norton about what you want to do, he'll let you do it.
